Plot outline: Sequel to Jackie Chan's Police Story III (Supercop).  Michelle Yeoh returns in her role as Jessica Yang*, the tough-as-nails police woman from the mainland of China.  In Supercop II, Jessica travels to Hong Kong to aid the Hong Kong police in investigating a dangerous gang.  While there, she meets Martin (Wakin) and his partner Alan (Sui-Wong Fan), and gets assigned to work with them to solve the case.  Problems arise for Jessica when she begins to realize that the leader of the gang they're tracking is her boyfriend (Yu Rong-Guang), and she must make a decision between her duty and the man she loves.  Jackie Chan appears briefly in the film in the role of his police story hero, dressed in drag and trying to stop a jewel robbery. 

*Names used here are from the American release.  Michelle's character is also known as Hana.
