And the Grand Prize Necklace Goes (Very Deservedly) to...Snow White?

When the time came for Wakin to give away the grand prize necklace, he called for volunteers to audition.  Of those who volunteered, Wakin selected a gal from the very back of the room to come forward.  In order to win the necklace, she had to sing one of his songs.  When she started to sing "I'm Going to Marry You Tomorrow", not only did she prove she knew the words, but she also proved she could sing like an angel!  Wakin himself was totally blown away by her delicate soprano voice as she sang the song effortlessly in a much higher octave than he himself did!  When she came to to the end of the chorus, she lightly hit that top high note without batting an eyelash, and brought the house down in applause! Needless to say, she won the necklace.  As a testimony for how beautiful her voice was, Wakin's face in these pictures says it all!
