Plot outline:
The fragments of an elite unit from the Khmer Rouge, headed by a man
named Soong (Kam Kwok Leung), plans a terrorist attack in Hong Kong. Todd (Daniel Wu), a member of
the group, is injured during an attack by the terrorists
on a ship. He is subsequently captured by the ATF,
headed by Detective Ma Li (Wakin), who discover during
their examination of Todd that he suffers from total
amnesia. Reluctantly, and with the help of a hypnosis specialist
(Joan Chen), Ma Li convinces Todd that he is an
undercover ATF agent sent to infiltrate the terrorist
group. Once reintroduced to his former "family",
Todd's memory starts to resurface. In the end, he
must choose between his old life and this last chance
for a fresh start...
