Plot outline: Jackie is a mild-mannered cook in Melbourne, Australia, who inadvertently gets mixed up in a gang war when he rescues a pretty reporter named Diana (Gabrielle Fitzpatrick).  In the shuffle, he ends up with a video tape that both sides will do anything to obtain.  When they blow up his home and kidnap his girlfriend (Miki Lee), the gloves come off.  With the help of Diana and his assistant Lakisha (Karen McLymont), he chases down the bad guys and enacts his own brand of justice on them both.
